We have added social distancing measures throughout the hotel for the safety of you and our team. From August 8th it became mandatory to wear face coverings in all public areas of our hotels in line with Government guidance. We will provide disposable coverings but to reduce waste we encourage you to bring your own.
Make sure you are adhering to the 2m social distancing rule and wearing a face covering in public areas at all times.
We have increased our already excellent cleaning regimes and made things safer for everyone.
We have added protective screens as required to keep you and our team safe.
Hand sanitising stations throughout the hotel.
All key cards are disinfected at check-in and are for you to keep after your stay with us. If you do not wish to keep these, we ask you to leave them in your room for us to dispose of.
We are disinfecting all TV remotes before each stay.
All bedrooms will be fully sanitised on guest departure which includes fabric and upholstery difficult to access by other means.
A no-contact check-in and check-out process will be in place with limited interaction.
All dining tables have been spaced to maintain social distancing and offer cash-free contactless payments. As per government guidelines we will be providing table service only.
All soft furnishings have been spaced to maintain social distancing. Where this is not possible it has been removed to ensure group gatherings do not happen.
All food and drink will be served with social distancing measures in place with safety in mind for you and our team. Disposable menu cards will be used.
We offer cash-free contactless payments. Where possible we will ask you not to pay in cash.
