Spicy Cod Tagliatelle Recipe


Single serving, prep time 10 mins, cooking time 20 mins

  • 4 nests of tagliatelle pasta
  • 130 gram of diced cod
  • Half finely chopped red chilli
  • 1 glove of finely chopped garlic
  • 1 finely chopped shallot
  • Fresh chopped chive to flavour (15g)
  • 250g of double cream
  • 1 cubed tomato
  • 50ml white wine


  1. Cook pasta in boiling water with salt for 7 mins
  2. In a hot pan sweat off garlic, chilli, onion until shallots are clear in colour
  3. Add white wine and let it reduce by half
  4. Add cream and let it simmer gently for 3 minutes
  5. Place cod and diced tomato in the cream until cod is flaky
  6. Add cooked pasta and finish with chives
  7. Toss together and serveĀ in a bowl
