For the foodies among you we will be holding a gastronomy evening on the last Friday of each month during 2012 with a five course taster menu for just £29.95 per person. There are separate choices for vegetarians, but the menu for 27th January is: Amuse Bouche - Scallop and cashew tartar, Starter - rabbit loin, crackling, confit of garlic risotto and a cumin veloute, Fish- Red mullet and ratatouille, Main Course - Lamb cutlet, belly & sweetbread, fondant potato, carrot cone and puree and Dessert - Apple bavoine, raspberry paper, puree of apple jelly.
