Spark Children's Arts Festival

The Spark Children's Arts Festival is an annual event held at venues throughout Leicester. Last year approximately 13,000 people attended the performing and visual arts events. De Montfort Hall and New Walk Museum both just a stone's throw away are regular venues.

Leicester Comedy Festival takes place across 17 days in February 2010 and features a whole host of big name acts and hot new talent. The Belmont Hotel was awarded a prize from last year's Comedy Festival as best 'green venue'.
